Alchemy is the integrated amplifier according to Audiozen: input stage equipped with tubes, high current transistors in the power section and, like every Audiozen Reference Line product, a separate Power Supply Unit. A pair of NOS (2 x E88CC) matched tubes in the preamplifier section. Also, one of the few with the preamplifier section physically and electrically separated from the power amplifier circuitry. In the Alchemy the volume control is handled by a fine motorized ALPS potentiometer; connected to a remote control circuit.The remote control is produced by Doro, Swedish multinational company leader in technological accessories.Only fine Mundorf MCap EVO polypropylene capacitors are used for better decoupling the audio signal.
